1.1. This user agreement (the Agreement) contains the terms and conditions of the use of Sensewood brand web service (the Service) owned by Musabella Oy Ltd (the Service Provider).

When you (the User) complete the registration process or orders product/products, you agree to this Agreement. Please, read the Terms and conditions document carefully before placing an order on www.sensewood.com.

Content of the Service – images, drawings, sound, graphics and text, is protected by worldwide copyright and other proprietary laws. The Service Provider grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site, and not to download, except where specifically invited, nor to duplicate or use with any commercial purposes, any part of this site without written agreement from the Service Provider.

4.1. Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail that we have received your order and an invoice or a PayPal payment notification link.

4.2. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the item is out of stock or doesn’t satisfy our quality control standards.

4.3. At the moment, we accept the following payment methods: PayPal and bank transfer.

PayPal is our partner and the safest and most secure way to pay online, used by millions every day. Once redirected to the PayPal secured website, you can either pay with your PayPal account if you have one, or pay by debit or credit card directly through PayPal.

With PayPal, we accept payment by the following credit and debit cards: Visa/Visa Electron/MasterCard.

4.4. Any customs or import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees imposed on the order are the responsibility of the recipient (also for wholesale customers) . Sensewood can’t offer any assistance in these processes. Please, contact your local customs office to know more about current charges, before ordering. 

6. Product information and care

6.1. All Sensewood.com products are designed and made by our studio in Helsinki, Finland. We use only high – quality and safe materials from trustworthy suppliers from Finland and the EU for our designs. We control quality of every piece carefully. You may contact us by

6.2. Our products might be quite fragile because of materials and might break down if it’s used incorrectly. Please keep it away from children and avoid contact with chemicals (sprays, perfume etc.) and strong pressure on the items.

7. Product prices and promotional codes

7.1. All of our prices include VAT.

7.2. Customer can only use 1 (one) discount/promocode/gift certificate per order (unless otherwise stated). Codes may have an expiry date and can’t be used after placing the order.

7.3. Please note that promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotion.

8.2. Shipping to the following countries during Standard or Economy mail delivery is free unless stated otherwise.

8.2.2. All our parcels are sent by Posti. We dispatch the orders in 2-4 working days from receiving the order, and the normal delivery time is 5-8 working days. Please, keep in mind that, during busy seasons, like holidays, the delivery times might be longer.

8.2.3. The Service shall not be liable for lost orders or any delays in delivery caused by any third parties or force major. However, if you do not receive your order in 14 working days from ordering, please contact us via Contact form or

8.3. We do not ship to P.O.boxes

8.4. Other shipping options are available at additional costs.

9.1. You have the right to return new, unopened items within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving for a partial refund ( full refund of the goods minus our postage costs) or a replacement according to Finnish consumer protection legislation. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing, and accessories. No returns on Sensewood products are available after 30 days from purchase has elapsed. You should send returns with your receipt and full contact details to the following address:

9.2. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of having been worn or altered, or if some or all of the original tags are no longer properly attached. If the return is refused, the client can choose to have the product sent back to them at their cost.

9.3. Please, keep in mind some items you can’t return:

– Personalized items (products which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes);

9.4. Take a note you have to cover the costs for returning yourself.

9.5. If the item is faulty, we’ll return your postage costs.

9.6. You should expect to receive your refund within some weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

9.7. If you need to return an item, simply contact us. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
